To the person who took my black Ugg boots from the ashram balcony: I dont know what you were thinking, but if you accidentally took them thinking they were yours, hopefully youve figured it out and will return them to the MA Center soon, as I cant afford to replace them right now and they were fairly new. Maybe you were just tired and blissed-out, and right now youre thinking, hey wait, these arent my boots! If you took them on purpose, at the end of Devi Bhava.... I hope you will reflect on your experience with Amma and inquire within if taking other peoples things feels in alignment with Ammas teachings and example. Maybe you just really needed them. I understand, I saw another girl who lost her shoes and I have her my flip flops so she could get home (I had a pair of heels in my trunk). We all need shoes, and Uggs are nice! But pricey, and I dont make that much money. Staying warm helps minimize my joint pain, so I will miss them in the fall when it gets cold again. Maybe this is a good lesson in mindfulness for both of us. With love, Prajna
