To the surprise of Middle and Upper School students and staff, our Junior School staged an impromptu Flash Choir in C Block on the final day of school. Two hundred plus voices filled all three levels of the building, taking advantage of the excellent acoustics to perform the closing number from Bugsy one last time. Students and teachers poured out of classrooms and, following a tip off, even our Infants School students made the trip across and joined in the singing. Making a human chain, with arms crossed and hands clasped, audience members joined with the singers in a final rendition of the song “You Give a Little Love”. The catchy tune has become an anthem for Junior School following the success of the first ever all-school Junior Performance. The performance is certainly a high note to round out a very creative school year.
