To the uninitiated it is hard to envision what the next 5-10-15 years will be like in terms of race relations in the U.S. Is not history the true teacher? Technological changes causes a compression in the cycles of time as we experience it, so we will repeat the past in a shorted cycle, (for we have not learned from the past & it will be repeated). Seeming periods of stability, and then seeming chaotic transformations will be the norm. During Jim Crow, every 2 days a Black person was lynched. Today it is every 28 hours.
