To think its been almost 5 years since Ive done my Ironman amazes me. I remember standing in line for registration and I asked a gentleman if this was his first Ironman and he said it was he second he did one 9 years prior. I then asked him why it took so long and he said it took him that long to mentally recover. Well 5 years later I now realize how he felt. Ive grown older and now have a gorgeous wife, and two amazing boys who all motivate me but I havent ran in 4 years, I smoke cigarettes and live a unhealthy lifestyle. I am challenging myself to do this and stay motivated!!!! All my friends need to kick me in the butt!! Please watch this amazing video.
