To this point I have been debating going to GC this summer, July 2-11. Today I am convinced! The first GC session Ive ever attended was in 1990 at Indianapolis, Indiana. I walked into the main auditorium just as the Sabbath was coming in and an evening concert concluded. A hush fell over the Hoosier Dome. I realized this was the largest gathering of Gods remnant believers, believing the same thing: keeping Gods commandments (including the forgotten 4th) and having the same faith of Jesus (righteousness by faith) as in Revelation 12:17. Then right after we blended our voices in the evenings opening hymn before the worship service I sensed the presence of the Holy Spirit as I had never sensed Him before. Pastor Bullocks, commentary this morning impressed me, captured my sentiments, and presented Jesus purposeful intent clearly. Jesus prayed for me specifically in John 17:20! I wont let that model and fervent prayer be in vain. I noticed the glory associated with unity (oneness) in John 17:5, 21-23. And so Im cutting my comments short to enter deeper study on that glory. 1 Corinthians 12:25 KJV That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. No schism, no divisive spirit, not even a hint or slightest tendency! This can only come about by the power of the Holy Spirit. See you in San Antonio, Texas!
