To those of you who are geographically challenged: Puerto Rico is a part of the United States of America. It is an unincorporated territory. Puerto Rico elects a member of Congress (non-voting) and is subject the the laws of the USA. While there is on-going debate, in 2012 Puerto Ricans voted to become the 51st state; the vote was non-binding. Oh, and the stripes on the Puerto Rican flag run horizontally, just like the national flag. Yes, I know Im a kill-joy, but when you say Captain America, you should know that Puerto Rico is included in the America part (as are Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
