To those of you who have heard me talk about my car buying escapades... I STILL do not have my vehicle. I was beyond mad tonight as once again, I was told that I would have it. I waited for the salesman for 45 minutes who was to be dropping it off, but he never returned my call or showed up! I Made numerous calls to the dealership and him, with no response. I told myself that I will give them one more chance; however, Iwhen I finally got in contact with a sales manager, I did express that I was extremely unhappy with their customer service. He told me they would give me free oil changes, and at that point I told him that is nice, but after what I had to go through just to buy the vehicle, unfortunately I wont be doing business with them once I get my car. I was super upset, but have realized that things like this happen for reasons. Maybe its just a lesson in sticking up for myself instead of letting others take advantage. If nothing else, maybe they will think about how they treat their next customers. That being said, if I dont have my vehicle tomorrow, I am canceling the deal!
