To those who say that it is intolerant to take the position that veganism is the only rational response to the recognition that animals matter morally: We ought *never* to tolerate injustice. We ought *never* to tolerate the exploitation of the vulnerable. Saying that I am intolerant of injustice and exploitation is the highest compliment you can pay me. If you agree that animals matter morally, you have no morally acceptable choice but to go vegan. So just do it and stop putting your palate pleasure and fashion sense at the center of a universe in which you matter no more than any other sentient being.
