To those who supported me... Thank you very much for all the prayers on Sunday. I actually think the last 2 miles God just took over. My sinus infection moved into bronchitis. I also had an issue around Memorial Day that sidelined me for 2 weeks return at Mile 8 and cause me to wait over 10 minutes to use a porta potty. I also had to stop 2 additional times to clean the infection out of my sinus passages. Starting at the halfway point...I needed to use my inhaler regularly. My airways were so constricted that I had a hard time controlling my breathing. I had to slow my pace in order to keep my breathing from going out of control. Thank God for my angel Sam Wietlispach! He jumped on at 17.5 and helped me all the way to the 26 marker. So even though I was 45 minutes longer than I thought Id be...I still finished in regulation time. Thank you to everyone who made a donation to RMHC on my behalf. My Team RMHC raised over $1.1 million!!! How do I feel??? The bronchitis is kicking my butt!! It came on full blast Sunday night. I think my body was too run down to fight it any longer. My legs were a little sore Monday...pretty sore yesterday (I had to go downstairs backwards), but today...they are hardly sore at all. I finished...I survived...and I am ready to tackle anything that comes my way!! Im a much stronger woman than I was in January, and all of you helped me realize that!!
