To understand the conspiracy you have to understand that the 8,9 &14th Amendments of the United States Constitution are guidelines to reconstruct the brutilized slaves. But the 8th Amendment has been ignored for law and it is the acceptance of violations that link the 6th Amendment a right.to fair trial with false claims that ignorance of the law is no excuse which is false, because a lack of capacity is a defense particularly formed through the lack of appreciation for law. How can you appreciate the criminality of an act when you are blind to the fact of that which is? Wherefore a former slave and the false pretense at which he grew are direct fault of the controlling force whom holds the liability for creating the condition and that is why concelors are insufficent in the efforts of defense due to a failed training of the brutalized once slave culture.
