To God, all of time is cemented, as His omniscient and omnipresent nature implies that He is knowingly present in the whole span of time; so whether it is 3746 B.C. or 4513 A.D., it is all His present time in the sense that He is detached from the linear flow of time, since time is a limitation to our existence whereas God is above limitation to His existence. What a fascinating characteristic of God: to know the future as if it were yesterday, understood as if it were the present. I must admit, I am allured to think, so then, what does God do with His time? But there! I used the word time to suggest that it is something that God must fill as if it were a limitation He is guided by. So now we get into the concept of the nature of His existence, which I dare not tread anymore than an ant might hope to venture to understand quantum physics.
