To voters in Charleston City Council District 10: Councilman Dean - TopicsExpress

To voters in Charleston City Council District 10: Councilman Dean Riegel is technically running unopposed in Tuesdays election and will certainly win reelection, but as a voter in City Council district 10 he will not be getting my vote. Note in this article (postandcourier/article/20131030/PC16/131039955/) in which Councilman Riegel confirms his intention to run for Mayor of Charleston in 2015 he is at gathering of local Republicans griping about Obamacare. Councilman Riegel says he wants to run the City of Charleston like a CEO... This city I love is much more then some company Councilman Riegel can squeeze a profit out of and use as a base to oppose national progressive policies. Charleston is a living breathing ideal, a beautiful juxtaposition of history and progress. As many of you know I ran for Charleston City Council in 2011 when I was living in District 9, and while it is certainly too late for me to mount any kind of serious challenge to Councilman Riegel I would be honored for any of my friends who live in District 10 to write in my name for Charleston City Council this year. My 2011 website is still online at bobaubin4charleston.blogspot/ there you can see what my priorities for this amazing city are. I will not be actively campaigning for the office of City Council, but on election day I will be out working for my friend who is on the ballot for City Council and I encourage everyone in district 8 to Vote Bobbie Rose! Please also everyone in the City of Charleston get out and vote Catherine LaFond for Charleston Water System Commissioner!
