To whom it may concern IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE EVENT OR THINK YOU COULD SUPPORT THE EVENT IN ANYWAY PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME - *Donations *Raffle/Auction Prizes *Table Sponsors *Table/Ticket Sale Last year both stores teamed up and organised a Black Tie Ball to raise money for Cash for kids Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire. The event was so much more successful than we ever imagined raising over £7201.00 throughout the evening, since then I have kept in contact with the charity and been updated with how the money we raised has helped our local area. Due to the success of the evening we have decided to do it all again next year with the hope of making next years event an even bigger achievement that the last. The evening will consist of a 3 course meal provided by Highland Cuisine, live entertainment, raffles, a disco and live auction. Tickets for the evening can be ordered for £45.00 or tables of 10 for £400.00. If you are a business and would like to purchase a table of 10 we are in a position to name the table after your business for advertisement on the night. During the evening there will be a raffle and live auction, I am looking for the help of local businesses and people to help. If you are in a position to donate anything to the evening for either raffle or live auction it would be very much appreciated.
