To whom it may concern could someone please help me with this Comcast account. Comcast keeps sending me bills for variable amounts hovering around 400 and refuse to send me a return label. I called several times to clear my account since I had less than 3 weeks of botched service and at least 4 service calls two of which they didnt show up for. I have spoke with several representatives about the one month service guarantee but my account had not yet been cleared. While I was just on hold for another 20 minutes waiting for a representative I noticed they offered to provided monitoring services in the home along with remote recording services…. I have to ask how powerful are they they? Since I am unable to receive a return label I will be sending this private mail later this afternoon. I will post the tracking number my suggestion is to have the US Government intercept the shipment and check to see what monitoring equipment they provided for me in my Uverse box. After that I would assume Comcast Infinity are a terrorist organization funded by Hamas . It only matters because they have been more than hostile and I have X ray vision
