To whom it may concern: my name is Angie and I started UIBB a little over a year ago with the intentions of starting a blog that would help promote other authors just like myself, need that be through a Facebook post, a cover reveal, whatever their needs may be - I wanted to help. It has been brought to my attention that there are several secret groups on Facebook that are sharing books back and forth between a bunch of people. This is sickening, I can not believe people do this! I am writing this today to tell you and promise you with everything I hold dear that - here at United Indie Book Blog we do NOT condone pirating, sharing of books or any illegal activity. I have spent this last year building a review team of women that I trust 110% to walk into my own home and not touch a thing unless given permission. Each and every woman in the team has signed not only an NDA but has signed a contract stating they will not share anything they are given in our team. This is not only for UIBBs protection, but for the protection of the authors/promotions host. We also NEVER email any books to our reviewers, everything is sent via Kindle email straight to their kindle. We will also not tolerate it here on this page If we find you in any of these groups you will be banned from this page and anything that has to do with UIBB! As I said before - I pride myself on this blog and the team behind it. We would not be here if it wasnt for all you wonderful authors.
