To win rock-paper-scissors, if you win, on the next game, play what they just played, and if you lose, play what wasnt played. The reason is even though, theoretically, mathematically, there is no winning strategy, in reality, humans have a tendency to keep doing what works, so when people win, they will tend to do the same thing again, and when they lose, they tend to switch and do something different, so knowing the human psychology aspect of it, you can improve your odds of winning.
