I didnt have such a great start and am looking for my fairy tale forever with my new owner. I was found with a ribbon tied around my mouth and head so I would prefer not to wear a muzzle. I am a young dog with lots to learn, but I am very treat motivated and eager to impress you with my quick wit and learning style. I am a playful, affectionate and happy little guy. Yes, Toby is not a border collie but this is a courtesy listing since Toby does not do well in a shelter so were helping out to find a forever home or perhaps a foster.
