Toby must not feel very loved. For almost 10-years he served his family well but the moment he became ill they brought him to a kill shelter for a not-so-pleasant death. Toby is a mini pinscher mix who doesn’t even weigh 10-pounds. He seems to have some sort of spinal cord injury that prevent him from moving very easily. He does seem to have control of his bowels and his bladder is easily expressed. Toby might flourish with some physical therapy but the shelter is going to muzzle him and kill him tomorrow. Such a sad circumstance. Toby would need a truly miraculous person to save his life. Because of his health issues he’s rated as a New Hope Only adoption.
