Tobyhanna Army Depot is preparing for a possible winter weather event tomorrow, Nov. 26, with snowfall forecasted between 3-12 inches. At this point, the depot will be open for business with no parking restrictions currently anticipated Wednesday morning. However, in accordance with the Depots Inclement Weather Policy, a liberal annual leave policy is in effect if locally hazardous road conditions exist. Shovels are available in Building 15 and ice melt is in Building 7, Bay 3. Supervisors: If possible, move assets and equipment indoors/under cover by COB today. Ensure that loose items/equipment that cannot be moved are tied securely. Verify generators used for backup power are fueled and working. Employees: All personal vehicles must be moved from the industrial area by COB today. Personnel leaving their vehicle at TYAD for TDY/extended periods should contact the Security Division at X7550 for instructions. Thanks for your cooperation.
