Any rain still in the U.P. will turn to snow by late afternoon. Winds will be breezy out of the northwest at 10-25 miles per hour. Tonight - Scattered Snow Snow along the Lake Superior shoreline with flurries away from the lake. Much colder with winds continuing to blow out of the northwest at 15-30 miles per hour.
