Today , 20th of August, marks down one of the most important days for my home, Estonia! Our country has gone through a lot in last 96 years, throughout wars held by other countries on our land and with our people but we had always one thing on our hearts: hope that our culture will never die and we will keep it alive through singing (even if you cant sing). 23 years ago our hope to get our country and land back from Soviet Union was bigger than ever, we showed it with 6 days in a row of singing all over Estonia, protecting our only communication channel to Western-Europe and connecting Baltic states with 800 km of human chain from Tallinn to Vilnius. This is what hope can do with people and bring back your country that you have been fighting for with all generations in your family. Happy Birthday my home, can be there today but Im always with you!
