Today 4 years ago on this date I was baptized and became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Since attending I have seen some changes in myself. I feel more confident in myself and have grown to know I have divine potential. Lately, I have seen that I have had a lot of determination and faith to keep pressing on no matter what. I have gained a testimony of the Lord and Savior. I have become more open and understanding to others and have tried to continuously think positive. I have constantly thought to myself how God has prepared me for some marvelous things in my life but interesting how I have been to specific places in the world to accomplish things. I have learned and grown sooo much and have found peace and joy in my life. One amazing scripture that I love is found in 1 Nephi 3:7 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them. I love this scripture because I know that the Lord has prepared me for specific things and has helped me to accomplish many things. And I love this scripture too in Moroni 7:14 But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God. I would like to leave my testimony that I know that God lives and He loves all His children, Christ is the Savior of the world. The Book of Mormon is real and is Another Testament of Jesus Christ. This book when reading and applying in your life can bring you peace and happiness and answers to lifes questions and bring you closer to the Lord!!!
