Today, ACBH concluded the Fourth Annual Bosnia and Herzegovina Days on Capitol Hill. We conducted a series of successful meetings with members of U.S. Congress, U.S. Dept. of State, The White House, U.S. Helsinki Commission, BiH Embassy and the Albanian American and Macedonian American leaders. A sincere thank you to Bosnian American leaders and advocates from FL, IA, MD, NC, NY, IL & VA for attending. Also,thank you to distinguished historian Dr. Marko Attila Hoare for being with us and thank you to the Congress of North American Bosniaks and the Emerging Democracies Institute for co-hosting the 100 Years Since WWI: The Balkan Perspective lecture with us. ACBH appreciates all the support from our local communities around the U.S. and we look forward to working with all communities in strengthening the Bosnian American voice in Washington, D.C.!
