Today, April 28, is the beginning of the Spencer Evening World’s first-ever “Missing Mushroom Contest.” Each day, from April 28 through May 2, three mushrooms will be hidden somewhere in the newspaper. When you find the mushrooms, enter the page number on the appropriate line on the form in today’s paper. After you have all five days filled in, either mail the form, or take it to the Spencer Evening World office located at 114 East Franklin Street. All entries must be on an original newspaper (no photocopies) and must be received by no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 9. The grand prize winner will be randomly drawn from the entries that have all five days filled in with correct page numbers. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, May 13.
