Today Capt. Jack fished with the crew from Royal Honda. They had two boats and left Sweetwater Marina in Delacroix at 5:30 this morning. It was a hard day for fishing in Delacroix. Capt. Jack’s group caught 13 nice Trout and threw back lots of smaller ones. They brought in a few Reds also before they just stopped biting. We have good news and bad news on the live bait situation. Bad news first – no live bait right now, but we are very excited about the good news. It’s actually great news, Capt. Jack’s shrimp boat will be ready anyday now, maybe even by this weekend. So very soon we will always have live bait at Sweetwater. We hate to inconvenience our great and loyal customers and hopefully soon we won’t have to. So come on down to Sweetwater where customer service is our No. 1 priority. And remember, we are the second launch. We still have rooms available during the week for the end of May. Rooms are $159.00 with a 30% deposit upon booking. Charters and lodging are available for still available for the summer. Call the lodge for reservations, 504-342-2368. Remember, 30% deposit is required upon booking. You will not be sorry. The faster you call the better. And just a reminder – we still have gift certificates available the fisherman or hunter in your life. So come visit us in Delacroix at Sweetwater Marina where customer service is number one.
