Director Panuccio said, “If you really want to know the power and importance of a job, talk to an employed person with a disability who was given the chance to prosper, to earn from the value of his or her labor, and to create worth in society and be rewarded for that creation. Gainful employment affirms the inherent worth of an individual because it provides a tangible reward for our talents, skills, and dedication.
