Today Darla remains in critical condition at Emory University Hospital. We appreciate all of the love and support from so many family and friends. The critical care team came in around 1 today and included the family in their rounds. It was great for me as a nurse but needed a little translation for my brother and mom. She ran a fever last night. Her oxygen levels dropped this morning and required more oxygen by the ventilator. Her heart function is weak. She has not awakened. They were able to stop the medicines through the IV for her blood pressure. She is on tube feeding and an insulin drip. Michael is being very strong and supportive. As you can only imagine this has been a very difficult journey for him. Please continue to pray for Gods will be done.
