Today, Dec 1, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM KVFD TV Live: Christian Unbelievers and the Fullness of the Gospel Many times, those who refuse to believe the fullness of the Gospel reject the tenets of the LDS Church and never manage to understand the message of the fullness of the gospel, because seeing, they see not and hearing they hear not, lest at any time they should understand with their hearts and the Lord should heal them. These tenets have been made into strange caricatures of Mormon doctrine, by those who spend their lives fighting against mount Zion. Unfortunately, this mockery of sacred truths often results in the rejection of the LDS Church, which is the Church the Father himself promised to establish among the Gentiles, if they would repent, hearken unto his voice and not harden their hearts. Their unbelief is a stumbling block to them. It is darkness and this darkness of their minds does not comprehend the light, which was prophesied to break forth among them who sit in darkness, which is the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are convinced that the misleading caricatures of LDS tenets constitute the “fullness of the Mormon gospel,” when this couldn’t be further from the truth. The Gentile Christians have been arguing over the topics of these tenets, such as our pre-mortal existence, the fatherhood of God, his nature, his work, the nature of heaven and hell, the second coming of Jesus Christ, the millennium of peace, the final judgment, etc, for centuries, long before the restoration began in 1820. However, while the light, which has broken forth in these last days, the fullness of the gospel, has certainly shined upon these topics, it is the Book of Mormon, which contains the truth and the word of God, which the Latter-Day Saints are commanded to declare. The truth and the fullness of the gospel of Christ found in this sacred record are the glad tidings that the Saints are to publish upon the mountains, and upon every high place, and among every people that they are permitted to see. And they are commanded to do it with all humility, trusting in the Lord, reviling not against revilers, and speaking not of tenets with them, but declaring repentance and faith on the Savior, and remission of sins by baptism, and by fire, yea, even the Holy Ghost.
