Today, Delawares YMCA Youth in Government Delegation took over City Hall. They were debating an Ordinance about playing in the streets. The Teens got to be Mayor, Council Members, City Manager, City Attorney, Police Chief, City Planner and Public Works Director. Special thanks to Asst. City Manager Jackie Walker for arranging all the details and to Mayor Carolyn Riggle, Council Member Andy Brush and City Manager Tom Homan for participating.
