Today Elliot Pfebve deserves my special mention. Elliot fought two bloody thirst Zanu PF Monsters. First, it was Border Gezi, second came Elliot Manyika. Fortunately the two monsters perished miserably, in a similar car crash style. I vividly recall the 2001 violence when Bindura seat fell vacant following the death of Border Gezi, Pfebve survived the attacks. A by-election was held Pfebve fought the other killer, Elliot Manyika. Manyika led a group of militias who killed Trymore Midzi in December 2001. They fought to deny us a burial place. I tried to negotiate with Bindura council but ZRP intervened and threatened to lock us. At one time, Mai Mujuru put a price tag on Pfebves head. Also mukwasha wa Trymore was abducted, murdered and the remains were found in Goches farm.
