Today FOR THE LOVE OF MOVIES is paying tribute to a landmark film, - TopicsExpress

Today FOR THE LOVE OF MOVIES is paying tribute to a landmark film, made in 1978 by Director John Carpenter. That movie was HALLOWEEN. What began as a simple low budget film became historic as the first major slasher film that reshaped the entire genre of screen horror. Starring Scream Queen Jamie Lee Curtis and acclaimed actor Donald Pleasance, Halloween started a series of films that went from the mid 70s to the current genre of Rob Zombie. HALLOWEEN inspired many horror filmmakers, and was a major Box Office draw when it was released in theatres. So my hopes are that you enjoy this tribute to HALLOWEEN, and Happy Haunting.
