Today Farm to Table is featuring Chef Pat Niebling and Chef Scout Hughes of 3 Floyds Brewpub Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes worked together at Miller Bakery Café, and now are running the kitchen at 3 Floyds brewpub. They are constantly working to create a menu that’s on par with the world-class beer that the brewery produces. They roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyd’s beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.
