Today Half Moon Bay Army Veteran Erik Jorgenson took his own life. Although, last month was PTSD Awareness month, we should be aware everyday that not all wounds are visible. Not everyone who died in war died in combat. Not everyone who came home ever left the war. Invisible wounds like PTSD have claimed more lives at home than in combat. Everyday 22 Veterans commit suicide. Rest in Peace Erik Jorgensen.
