Today I Walmart the Lord focused me on a girl who was shopping. She looked vaguely familiar so I asked her if where I knew her from. She didnt know where that would be. I asked her what she did for a living, she told me that she was an exotic dancer. I kind of panicked and ended the conversation. As I went into the next aisle, the Lord told. Me that He had something for her. As she walked past I called for her to come over to me. I asked her if she was happy. Her head dropped as she told me that her life was falling apart and that she had been contemplating suicide.. I began to share with her how much Jesus loves her. She told me that she was amazed that I was saying what I was saying. She told me that her grandmother (who is a believer) gave her some Christian books to read. She has been reading them and God has been on her mind a lot, that she has also started praying. I told her that the Holy Spirit has been drawing her. I shared with her that Christ loves her and died for her. I asked her if she was ready to receive Him. She was. I prayed with her to receive Jesus as savior. She didnt need me to tell her what a sinner she was. She didnt need for me to rail on her for being a stripper. What she needed to know was that the God of the universe is madly in love with her, and not only that, but He is passionately pursuing her. She felt that. She walked away changed! God loves people who are tangled up in sin. He is a master at untangling and setting people free! Keep Charissa in your prayers.
