Today I am 300 days clean and free of the hell I put myself thru with pain meds. I have No one else but myself to blame for choices I made that eventually got me into trouble. Trouble that I needed because I wasnt strong enough on my own will. I thank God that I went to jail one year ago this month and giving me yet another chance at a free life. Free from the pain and struggle of addiction. If I wasnt arrested that night I cant say where my life would be today, but Im sure its nowhere good. I probably wouldnt be in school, probably wouldnt have my beautiful happy children to love so much everyday nor the many people I have by my side, family and friends. My journey has brought relationships so much closer together (Matthew Miller Kimberly Fowler Angelia Williams) and tore some apart but all for the best. I thank everyone for the support and love and my God for always being there.
