Today I am going to share my personal experience on different types of Cognac. Yes, cognac! During last 5 years 7 my friends and me drunk cognac, no more than 30 ml/before bed, after meal. It was one very small sip/2 minutes. All 30 ml should be finished no less than in 20 minutes. Observation showed that those who had high blood pressure once took cognac felt better and the BP dropped until normal ranges. However, if they took more than 30 ml, BP was significantly elevated (30-40% above the achieved 120/70mmHg). In addition, some my friends with coronary heart diseases (angina) felt better (light pain disappeared) after 30 ml of cognac. There was not any ECG done for confirmation of heart circulation. Literature shows that cognac increases plasma antioxidant capacity, but it does not effect on coronary circulation in healthy young men. Later on I will share information about
