Today I am grateful for the tender mercies of The Lord. Three weeks ago when we were in Ga, we walked through a house in a little town called Pendergrass and it felt like home. We prayed about it and felt the confirmation that it was the house for us. When we were getting ready to put in the offer, we found out that the county it is in, has a lower FHA lending limit than the others and it was going to put it out of our range. We put in the offer for what we could do and just said, Thy will be done. They did not accept our offer so we put in an offer on our second choice house. It was also beautiful and we felt very blessed to be able to live there. For the next two weeks nothing was moving forward. We re-wrote our offer 3 times, provided everything they asked for and still they did not accept it. During that 2 weeks my business was incredibly blessed and the home owner decided they would come down a little bit on their asking price. The doors were opened and I know we will be where The Lord wants us. I am so grateful! Sometimes it is easier to see Gods hand in hind sight than during the process. But I am grateful that I felt His guidance through the entire process, even when it wasnt coming together.
