Today I am most grateful for my plans today; movie, lunch and getting my head shaved. I seriously hate change. I am a routine gal through and through. This has been the other great challenge of this journey; change at every corner. Today Cat is picking me up and we are going to the World Premiere of Pot Luck The Movie. Mikey and I are on the soundtrack, actually since it is a documentary, we are the soundtrack. I couldnt be more proud of us, the movie and Sue Szylwin. (I cried when I saw the rough cut.) It is a film about medical marijuana, showing today at 11:30am at Lakewood Ranch Cinemas! Mark another thang off my bucket list! I always wanted to do a soundtrack! (Sue did the Billi and Patti video for Love is the Key.Ill post it at the end) Cat and I will have enough time for lunch before we head to Patty Redings salon for the head shave. I will don the Mohawk for a Kodak moment. I had hoped to sport the do for a few days, but at the rate my hair is falling out, alas it will probably just be around for photos. Mark another thang off the bucket list. I would have never had the balls to shave off my hair to see what it would look like. Now Ill get that insight. Who knows maybe that will be my new look when it starts to grow back in? Change, Big Ass changes, everyday has now become the norm. Im hanging though. Sometimes it feels like I am on Mr. Toads Wild Ride, sometimes the changes are so subtle I dont realized they even happened until days later. Ive always known that change is the only constant, but I have never experienced this much. I guess Ill have to admit change aint so bad afterall.
