Today, I am reflecting on the past memories with my Great-Grandmother. My first memory of her was when she saved us from a whipping on Cicero. She didnt say much, but what she did say warned the holder of the belt that there was heck to pay if we got that good ole whippin. Not may can remember their grandparents, let alone their great-grandparents, BUT GOD has blessed my family with 5 generations at one time. Last night, the Grand Matriarch of our family left to go and be with MESSIAH, but in the loss, I am grateful for all the grave CANNOT take from us. FAMILY is and will always be irreplaceable, and never interchangeable. In this lesson of loss, I am reminded of the burden for the living, and the rest for those no longer clothed in earth suits. We must all put aside differences, grudges and anything the enemy uses/used to cause division, and get it together- honoring the union of family that GOD so dearly loves. Clara Pauline Rucker-Thomas, you will always hold a place in my heart, and respect for all you endured, that I and my family would be here on this earth! FATHER, as she is with MESSIAH, we look to YOU for direction, but are rejoicing in the love you bestowed on us, as we YOUR children were blessed with such a woman, whom is our heritage. Glory be unto YOU O KING, for YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS!!!
