Today I am thankful for genuine people! People who are nice and truly mean it. Not people who pretend to care and then the moment you are not in the room they laugh and joke about what you went through. NEWS FLASH there is nothing funny about driving drunk...and it might not be so funny if that was YOUR family and YOUR kids in the car. In the past, when I would have heard that someone was talking behind my back (especially about something so traumatic) I would have wanted to tell them to fu*k off...now as I age I have learned the problem truly is not me. It goes much deeper then that. I simply dont have time for people like this in my life. I will not go out of my way to personally tell you that what you did was wrong BUT I promise you if you ever see this pretty little face again I will NOT be nice to you!!! In fact, I dont think I would even acknowledge your presence. Live, learn and let go friends....the only thing you can control is the way you react to negative/fake people.
