Today I am wearing blue to support my Brother-in-Law, who is a Police Officer, as well as several friends who are Police Officers. NOT because I support any one side of what took place in Ferguson but because of the VENOM and HATE spewed all over Facebook, since the events that took place, about ALL Police Officers. It sickens me to know that my Brother-in-Law, who has been a darn good Cop for over 20 years, is characterized in such a manner. You would want him on your side if you needed him, believe me!! Walk 30 days or even a day in a Police Officers shoes and see what they see and put up with what they put up with on a daily basis and you may change your mind. These men (and women) come home with bruises, cuts, and bite marks on them. They have looked down the wrong end of a barrel. These are situations these men and women face EVERY work day. Its an underpaid, thankless job!!
