Today I became so locked within myself I felt like my head was going to explode. I am ever grateful Darren was there to clear my perspective and smooth away the complications in my mind. He always has the ability to take me back into the moment, and help me realise the power it holds. I have awareness to not allow thoughts or emotions to dominate me; Putting it into practice is another thing. Lessons in self development can take a lifetime. Thoughts can be powerful when channeled correctly. Believing in yourself and the power that lays within is a major factor. People focus allot of the time on quickly getting over it, Getting on in life & to become something; no matter what. I think its important to embrace everything with 100% heart and passion & take it from there. It can hurt profoundly but it helps you understand yourself better and in the end enables you to access the power within to essentially control your thoughts and emotions in the way in which you desire. There are so many hurt and pains in this world, along with distractions. The beauty lays behind the eyes, locked within the individuals perspective. Only you can set yourself free. Nothing revoloutionary said here. Just a reminder.
