Today, I came to work alone and was so excited to get to wear something spunky versus clothes to child wrangle. :) I was able to sport my new Orgami Owl necklace without slobber running down my shirt and my stylish winter boots because Im not running after a bouncy boy. Just these few hours of being dressed as me instead of dressed as a multi-tasking Momma on the job has allowed me to refresh. I will say it again, I commend those mommas who homeschool or are working in childcare. I love having the boys at work with me but I certainly appreciate a break. Ive had 3-4 boys with me daily in the store over the past week and a half and by yesterday I seriously thought I was going to go crazy. :) Then we got home and the boys competed with squats and wall planks. Today, Big Poppa got the good kids as their legs are sore and they want very little activity. Kenneth, thanks for being the leader of our home for another year. Thanks for showing our boys how men should carry themselves. Thanks for having a heart so big to welcome another boy into our home to allow him to see how the American family operates (surprisingly not much different than his home). Thanks for having an abundance of faith to share with me when Im feeling weak or defeated. Thanks for being an amazing husband and telling me Im beautiful when its the end of yesterday and I feel exhausted. Now, I am excited to say Im closing shop early to go home and celebrate with that crazy household of boys for the last day of 2014.
