Today I condemned n the recent murder of a Christian couple in Lahore who were falsely accused of blasphemy. I mentioned how Islam guarantees the rights of minorities in Muslim States and but today we as Muslims have failed to protect minorities in Muslim countries. I also highlighted that in Islam it is the Qazi/Judge that determines wether blasphemy has taken place or not after a fair trial in the court and then gives his ruling. No one is allowed to take the law in ones own hand and decide himself wether someone has committed blasphemy or not. In Pakistan often people are falsely accused of this due to personal enmity.
