Today I decided to go in for a spicy dish. When I was working in Dubai, I and my friend Maju Philip would go to GRAND in Al-Quoz to have lunch once in a while. We both would order "beef pepper roast" which was one of our favorite dishes. Today while making that dish, I recalled those bygone days. Along with it I also made "Gaavchi Usal" a popular dish of Maharashtra and my favorite. P.S. My wife and children drank more than 3 glasses of water while having beef pepper roast and chappatis for dinner. :)
