Today I decided to meet Life where it is at. This is different for me, because Life is always there. I have to be able to make the right decision and not escape from reality. Reality will always be. So, I have had moments of reflection as of late. Remembering the times when I was much happier and carefree. When I lived, really LIVED!! These times were in my mid twenties while living in Mpls and my mid thirties, in L. A. I was also single, and I was "dating". So, I have come to find that this worked best for me and this is my choice today. I am owning the fact that I am living Life as a black gay single Gentleman. I also found that I have many other "tools" to use to handle tough situation, instead of my old ones. Reintroduced myself to the gym again, my daily meditation reading, as well as, attending church again. I feel more connected to the Man I am to truly am. Continuing on journey of growth and growing.
