Today, I delivered my first ever TED Talk speech in my new capacity as President & CEO of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR). I made the business case for diversity, inclusion, and engagement by Fortune 500 companies when it comes to executive-level diversity, board-level diversity, marketing, procurement, hiring, promotion, retention, and philanthropy. I used old fashion Wall Street financial statements analysis to make the business case for improved corporate diversity. The goal of my TED Talk was to show the diversity and inclusion is not only the right thing to do by our nations corporations, but its also smart business. I believe that my speech was well received by the capability audience. More highlights to come.
