Today, I didnt release a new episode... I had it all prepared but then... I got home and was busy hugging my boys and helping Blais with a school project - it was super nice to have Matthews mom RoseMarie and his dad come and take care of them while we were out of town... #blessing #family Kept thinking about last nights show, about being open, vulnerable, trusting AND trusted... about acting and reacting to people and events with non-judgmental love, about feeling free and comfortable enough to ask questions, seek the answers... being comfortable with ourselves and where we are on our journey... About shedding our masks and protective capes and embracing who we are without fear, apology or feeling of inadequacy...
