Today I embark on a new experiment: the semi-sabbatical. Ill be gone from the home office until mid-September. My mission: flip the ratio from 90% work/10% art to 90% art/10% work. Ive been squirreling away at work to buy this time and space for myself. I look forward to going out: Amsterdam, Berlin, Mystery City, Paris, southern Italy, ending the adventure at Camp GLP in NY. I look forward to going in: What stories do I want to tell? What marks on paper do I want to make? Whats true for my artist? How much fun can I have? My expectations are low - nothing but life-changing will do. :) I dont expect to be on Facebook much, but do plan to share images on Instagram. Follow me there if youd like.
