Today I feel so sad to live in such a disempowered nation. The South African government continue to deny the Dalai Lama access to South Africa but welcome Robert Mugabe. Still South Africans stand idly by while they are dictated to, stolen from and lied to. Only when circumstances become so painful will people motivate the change. Well, today I feel things are very painful for South Africa as a nation, and this is not a bad thing. It just takes one person with motivation and a vision to change the lives of millions. Nelson Mandela showed us this. Helen Zille shows us this every day, as she continues to rally support in this country and has taken over the ruling of an entire province.
